This is an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Cook, Baker, or Pastry Chef with experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment. You will support daily pastry production and help prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods while maintaining LPM's standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Pastry Line Cook Responsibilities Prepare and plate pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and presentation standards. Assist with daily pastry production, baking, and mise en place . Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized pastry station. Ensure desserts and pastry items are consistent in taste, quality, and presentation. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures. Monitor product freshness, inventory, and proper stock rotation. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service. Work closely with the pastry and culinary teams to support smooth kitchen operations. Help maintain high standards in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a Pastry Line Cook, Pastry Cook, Baker, Pastry Chef, or Dessert Cook preferred. Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert production. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization during service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
