  • $100-110k + bonus & relocation Benefits
  • MDV, PTO, 401k Seeking a refined, knife-in-hand chef to lead the culinary program for a luxury boutique hotel.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel. Willingness to be involved in prep and service, mentoring and leading the staff. Must be very financially aware and treat operations like an independent restaurant. Responsibilities Create a culture where cooks grow instead of burn out. Food cost management, inventory systems, labor control, vendor relationships, and menu engineering. Seasonal sourcing, refined plating, and a deep understanding of flavor balance.
