Supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and catering areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage banquet setups, including table arrangements, serving stations, and equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or catering, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. Skills in bartending are a plus, enhancing the overall service experience for guests. Experience in supervising or managing teams within a kitchen or catering environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of inventory management practices to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
