Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Line/Catering Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant/catering environment, ensuring every meal meets our standards of excellence. Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and food safety will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while working in a lively, team-oriented setting that values creativity and precision. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items Assist in planning menus tailored to client needs, dietary restrictions, and event themes Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Contribute to meal preparation for catering events, including plating and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to health regulations Serve food efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service Support the team with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Experience Previous experience working in catering is highly desirable Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, demonstrating advanced knife skills and food preparation techniques Familiarity with menu planning, catering operations, and food service standards Hands-on experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Strong background in kitchen operations within the food industry or hospitality sectors Knowledge of meal preparation for diverse dietary needs and special menus Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on quality presentation and flavor balance Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences!
