CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES
Culinary Execution- assist the executive chef in developing seasonal menus, executing culinary programming, and ensuring high food service standards across all dining outlets. Kitchen Operations
- oversee efficient and accurate food purchasing, receiving, and rotating activities to maintain an organized inventory. You'll also coordinate efficient prep schedules. Team Leadership
- supervise and train line and prep cooks, ensure smooth kitchen communication, and uphold a positive environment. Food Safety and Sanitation
- enforce high-quality food service standards and ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
