This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen and enjoys building strong teams, delivering exceptional food, and maintaining high operational standards. With a structured schedule, no nights, and a supportive work environment, this role offers the opportunity to lead a talented culinary team while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while maintaining strong operational standards. Ensure an exceptional guest experience through consistent food quality and service. What We're Looking For Previous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Strong scratch kitchen background with a passion for quality food. Current ServSafe Certification. Hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to develop and motivate culinary teams. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to consistency, execution, and operational excellence.
