Country Club Member Dining Room Chef - Detroit Suburbs The Restaurant Chef will lead all culinary operations for the club's à la carte restaurant, delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience for members and guests. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, presentation, and service execution. Develop creative, seasonal menus and specials that reflect member preferences and current culinary trends. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the culinary team. Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and departmental P&L. Maintain high standards for sanitation, safety, organization, and consistency.
