Job Description

Forest Lake Country Club is looking for a Station Chef who takes ownership of their craft and understands what it means to cook in a private club setting. This is not a revolving door kitchen. You'll be cooking for the same members week after week, which means consistency, attention to detail, and pride in your work matter just as much as speed. Our members know the difference, and they expect it every time. We're building a kitchen that runs on standards, not shortcuts. If you're someone who keeps a tight station, communicates well, and shows up ready to work, you'll fit right in. What you'll be doing Owning your station from setup through service Executing a seasonal menu with consistency and precision Working closely with the team to keep service smooth and organized Maintaining a clean, disciplined, professional workspace What we're looking for Solid line experience and the ability to handle service with confidence Reliability and a strong sense of accountability Attention to detail that doesn't fade when it gets busy A team mindset with respect for the kitchen and the membership Why Forest Lake A true private club environment with a loyal membership A more controlled, quality-driven pace of service Leadership that is hands-on and committed to high standards A kitchen where your work is seen, valued, and remembered Competitive pay based on experience.
