About the role:

You will be a full-time, long-term contract role onsite in Bridgman, MI. You would report directly to our client manager and partner with the Food Service Manager. This role offers a great daytime schedule with an early end time, and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, sanitization and team morale Maintain safe and efficient kitchen workflow Lead an established, dynamic kitchen team Update daily/weekly/seasonal menu items Responsibly manage inventory, including ordering through food service vendors Oversee all food production including Cafe service, catering and on-site events, Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with nuclear, health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or Equivalent Must be at least age 18 Experience managing high-volume food operations and scratch cooking. Be able to work early morning shifts Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing. Our Safety Pledge to
