Monitor shift management, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure excellent food service delivery at all times. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and restaurant management. Proven supervising experience with a focus on team management and leadership in a busy kitchen environment. Knowledge of food production processes, menu planning, and catering operations. Familiarity with inventory management, cost control strategies, and inventory control systems. Expertise in food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling practices, and sanitation standards. Strong understanding of kitchen management including shift management, kitchen experience, and food service management. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality and serving guests with professionalism. Experience in banquet settings or large-scale catering is highly desirable.
