In this energetic role, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences, whether in fine dining settings, catering events, or banquet functions. Duties Assist in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation for various service types such as fine dining, banquets, and catering. Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste. Lead menu planning efforts in collaboration with the culinary team, incorporating dietary restrictions and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all food production activities. Coordinate shift management and ensure smooth kitchen workflow during busy service periods.
