As Pastry Chef, you'll be responsible for the strategic leadership and daily execution of all pastry and bakery operations across the resort. You'll lead the creation of exceptional desserts, artisan breads, plated presentations, wedding cakes, specialty confections, banquet offerings, seasonal features, and innovative retail bakery items while ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.
