Executive Chef / Head Chef Lead all kitchen operations and inspire a talented culinary team. Develop seasonal menus that complement our craft spirits and elevated dining experience. Manage food quality, inventory, scheduling, food costs, and kitchen sanitation. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff while fostering a positive team culture. Maintain high standards of consistency, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Line Cooks Prepare high-quality menu items with consistency and attention to detail. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Assist with prep, service, and closing duties while upholding our culinary standards.
