Responsible for building customer loyalties through a one-on-one consultative approach. Builds customer trust by becoming a true partner in their business. Performs menu redesign, employee training and development of promotion and merchandising programs. While contributing to controlled brand sales, customer training, advertising, promotions, food shows, brand product selection, customer events and profitability. May also be responsible for managing on-site lunch program, where applicable. Team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Serve as business consultant for customers in an effort to build customer loyalty and promote sales. Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public / customers / vendors and coworkers. Mentor, lead and teach food concepts to others. Conduct in-house training seminars. Write training materials for customers. Conduct training for customers on many different topics. Design customer menus. Develop new ideas for customers. Cook for special customer events. Provide consultative services that develops long-term business relationships. Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensures customer and vendors' questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Evaluate food and labor costs savings through observation. Evaluate customer service through observations. Increase expertise of cooking related activities and ideas. Performs other related duties as assigned. Compensation expectation for the role is $85- $100k, plus annual bonus plan eligibility.Benefits:

High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 years of food service experience Preferred qualifications:Bachelors:
