Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sushi Chef/ prep cook to work full time or part time Pay is 2500 a month for full time
PLUS TIP
Duties Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, slicing, and chopping according to recipes and safety guidelines Assist in assembling dishes and plating food items with precision and attention to detail Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and utensils Support menu planning by preparing components for daily specials or catering events Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and adherence to recipe standards Skills departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques including slicing, dicing, and portioning Proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen team members Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Ability to follow detailed recipes accurately while maintaining efficiency during busy periods Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with meal prep and serving processes Skilled in knife handling with precise slicing techniques for consistent results Understanding of catering procedures and serving logistics for large or special events Join us if you're passionate about food preparation, eager to learn new culinary skills, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
