If you love bold flavors, high-energy kitchens, and building a strong culinary team, this role is for you. ✅ Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef (Tex-Mex or similar cuisine preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required) ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience in Tex-Mex / Mexican cuisine Creativity in menu development Strong communication and problem-solving skills
