Minimum 60,000.00/ Annual Salary Touchmark on Saddle Drive is looking for an Executive Chef who thrives on culinary creativity, someone ready to lead a full restaurant kitchen and craft fine-dining experiences that delight our residents every day. The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark' s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred. Have at least five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staff. Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen. Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including MS Excel and Outlook Possess a valid food handler's card, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification Ability to work varied schedules in response to business needs and be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays. Be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods. Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members.
