Job Overview We are seeking a professional and skilled Line Chef to join our diverse team. If food is your passion and you enjoy a fast pace, then we need you to be apart of the heart of our kitchen. This position offers an exciting opportunity for kitchen professionals eager to showcase their skills in a lively, high-volume setting while contributing to a memorable dining experience. Our Menu includes WOOD Fired Pizzas, Custom Gourmet Burgers & Tacos, Healthy Entrees, custom appetizers and desserts. Duties Teamwork is a must in our Restaurant. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with food safety procedures. Assist in menu preparation and contribute ideas for new dishes that align with the restaurant's culinary vision. Support guests by understanding dietary restrictions and ensuring appropriate meal preparation. Collaborate with team members during high-volume service times to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Minum of 1.5 years of Kitchen Experience with fine dining or catering environments a plus. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food production processes are essential. Background in food industry roles involving meal preparation, serving, or restaurant experience is a must. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to support a dynamic kitchen environment. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
