Candidates should possess 2 years experience in fine dining. Our focus is on providing a high-quality guest experience using fresh ingredients, and our Front of House staff is highly experienced, teamwork-oriented, and very welcoming to new staff. The Sous Chef will work with the Executive Chef to deliver a consistent guest experience. We are looking for a candidate with leadership skill with the ability to work well with FOH and managing the BOH. While the immediate need is for a Sous Chef, the ownership group operates other restaurant concepts, so there is room for both lateral and vertical advancement for qualified employees seeking growth. Employee health plan is offered through BCBS and we offer one week of paid vacation per year.
