Executive Sous Chef Lilyann's Steakhouse, Rocky Mount NC Are you a culinary expert with a passion for high-end cuisine and exceptional dining experiences? We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to join our team at one of the finest steakhouse establishments inthe area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting exquisite steaks and other fine dishes to perfection. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food quality control, and cleanliness. Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence and maintain consistency. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Sous Chef in a high-end steakhouse or fine dining restaurant. Strong knowledge of steak cuts, cooking methods, and wine pairings. Leadership and management skills to guide a kitchen team and maintain smooth operations. Creative flair, attention to detail, and a commitment to culinary excellence. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the highest standards.
