In this energetic role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient work environment. Your expertise in fine dining, food production, and team management will be essential in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Assist the Executive Chef in supervising all kitchen staff to ensure smooth shift operations and high standards of food preparation and presentation Lead food production efforts, including menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring consistency across all dishes served Oversee food handling procedures to maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations Manage inventory control and ordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste Coordinate catering and banquet services, ensuring timely and quality delivery of large-scale events Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance on cooking techniques, food presentation, and workflow efficiency Monitor compliance with dietary requirements and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in culinary arts and food service management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and food handling procedures Experience with banquet service, catering, and large-scale event preparation is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively Familiarity with menu planning, kitchen management software, and inventory control systems Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and serving guests with professionalism Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your leadership fuels exceptional dining experiences.
