Serving lunch and dinner seven days a week, we're looking for a dependable leader with a strong work ethic, solid culinary skills, and the ability to build a motivated, collaborative team. This role focuses on daily kitchen operations, staff development, and consistent execution of an established menu.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and support the kitchen team through preparation and service. Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. Create staff schedules and coordinate kitchen coverage. Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and step in wherever needed.

What You'll Bring:

Experience as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or comparable kitchen leader. A stable work history with strong tenure and demonstrated commitment. Strong communication skills and the ability to earn your team's trust. A hands-on approach, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through. Availability for lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends.
