Job Description

Job Summary Due to our clientele, we are seeking a Japanese or little bit of Korean speaking Sushi Chef to join our team, responsible for crafting exquisite sushi dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. If you can speak in Japanese or Korean, NO experience is required since we can train you! Qualifications MUST be able to speak
JAPANESE
fluently or little bit of KOREAN Duties Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, with precision and artistry. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality and prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment by following all health and safety regulations. Assist in catering events as needed, providing sushi options for special occasions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service with every order. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices relevant to the preparation of raw fish and seafood. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various sushi-making tools and equipment. Previous experience in catering is a plus but not required.
