Job Description

Eagle Oaks is now accepting applications for a Broiler Chef to compliment our Private, Prime, Dry Aged Steakhouse, Prime & Vine culinary team. Our steakhouse seats approx 60 ppl and is open Thurs - Sat night. Looking for an individual who possess the skill to work and coordinate a culinary team, implement steakhouse specials, maintain pars and timely execution of upscale steakhouse cuisine, while maintaining proper sanitation practices. Three years experience on broiler station, ability to broil large steaks and roast meats. Line Chefs work with the Steak House Executive Sous Chef to implement menu specials.
