Qualifications Previous back of house restaurant experience required Experience in multi-unit or corporate restaurant environments is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams Experience managing daily operations, labor, inventory, and guest relations Proficiency with restaurant operating systems and technology platforms (POS, scheduling, payroll, reservation, and inventory systems) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to hospitality and operational excellence Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed A growth mindset and desire to advance within a rapidly expanding hospitality group Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $65,000-$80,000 based on experience, qualifications, and assigned location Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing hospitality group 401(k) retirement plan Company-assisted health insurance Paid time off Ongoing leadership development and professional growth opportunities The opportunity to be part of a company that values culture, hospitality, and internal promotion
