Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining high culinary standards across all offerings. Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and hygiene practices to meet health regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize costs. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes. Monitor kitchen operations closely, including shift management, quality control, and maintaining a clean workspace. Support team development through training on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership abilities. Extensive background in food production, catering, banquet experience, and restaurant management. Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, inventory management, and cost control methods. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Knowledge of dietary department requirements and food handling regulations across diverse cuisines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with front-of-house staff and motivate kitchen teams.
