Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our French culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This energetic role requires a creative culinary professional with strong leadership skills, extensive food production expertise, and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation. Your enthusiasm for fine dining and hospitality will inspire your team to excel and create memorable moments for our guests. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient shift management and high-quality food production Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and excellence Oversee food handling, preparation, and presentation to meet safety standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels for all kitchen operations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous hygiene standards across all kitchen areas Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, food service procedures, and hospitality best practices Skills Extensive French culinary experience with a focus on fine dining, catering, and restaurant management Proven supervising experience in high-volume kitchens or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary requirements, and food handling procedures Expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations control Leadership skills to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment Experience with banquet service, event catering, and large-scale food production Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and management effectively
