Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service Replace ingredients or supplies as needed to support smooth kitchen operations Support other kitchen staff during busy periods, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility Ensure proper storage of food items and manage inventory levels effectively Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Maintain reliable transportation to & from work to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary environment Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Reliable transportation to & from work is essential Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service environments Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
