We are a charcuterie inspired, scratch based kitchen creating and serving a mixed variety of charcuterie boards, sandwiches and salads. We rotate different meats and cheeses as well as house made jams and pickled items. Candidate must have strong attention to detail when cooking and plating. Experience using a deli slicer is a plus.
