Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key player in our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and menu development. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food safety will ensure our guests receive top-tier service and memorable meals. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are maintained at all times Woking the line Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse dietary needs and preferences Oversee food production processes, including preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and excellence Manage inventory control and procurement to optimize food costs while maintaining freshness and quality Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requirements and enhance guest satisfaction Maintain a positive team environment through effective leadership, mentorship, and communication skills Experience Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced environments Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe certification is highly desirable Experience working within the hospitality or restaurant industry with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with catering operations, kitchen management software, and inventory systems is preferred Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and ensure operational success Join us as a Chef where your culinary talent will thrive!
