Full-Time Bigger Mama's of Copiague is now hiring for our new location, Mama's of Carle Place ! We're looking for a reliable and motivated Line Chef to be a part of our new location's kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Mama's recipes and standards Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and supplies Ensure food is prepared quickly, efficiently, and presented properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods Maintain and operate line equipment such as convection ovens and deep fryers Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or chef preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Team player with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Friendly, family-style work environment Consistent hours Opportunity to grow with our Kitchen and Pizza teams
