We smoke our fresh meats Texas style, slow and low, over a hardwood fire with a salt and pepper rub. Our mission is to utilize the whole animal, and minimize waste. Our stock and menu changes daily. With simple ingredients, our food is healthy for you, never using seed oils or chemicals.
