We are seeking a reliable, passionate head chef/ kitchen lead to run the heart of our laid-back Irish pub. If you can sling high-quality comfort food, manage a tight-knit crew, and keep your cool when the printer is buzzing on a friday, night you will fit right in. What you'll do

• -Prepare and execute our core menu featuring staples like Fish & Chips, Shepards Pie, and smash burgers.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, ordering food, food saftey, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Lead the crew, train, prep, and work alongside a small line cook team, maintaining a positive, respectful kitchen culture.
• Ensure every plate that comes out leaves the window hot, consistent, and visually appealing. What were looking for
