Lunches and Dinners, 5 Days per Week; typically Wednesday through Sunday. Includes all holidays. But also, considerable time off when we travel. During the school year, we seldom require lunch. Full scope of responsibilities. Menu plan, shop, cook, table set, serve, clear, clean. Healthy, flavorful meals. Usually plated. Sometime family style. Private chef experience is very valuable, but not mandatory. Must be able to work in Manhattan or Putnam County. Reliable transportation is critical. If you cannot be in Manhattan or Putnam County on any given day, please do not apply.
