Line Chef

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards of our restaurant. This position requires teamwork, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in managing inventory / par level control to ensure proper levels and minimize waste Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Provide support for catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of basic food preparation methods. Familiarity with inventory/ par level control processes Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
