Entry-Level Executive Chef We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Executive Chef in Akron, USA. As a fresh graduate or someone looking for a career change, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs and gain hands-on experience in all areas of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu planning and creating new dishes
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets customers' expectations
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and purchasing decisions

Requirements:

• Passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment

Compensation:
