Hours are flexible with both part time and full time potential. Holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day the restaurant is closed. We are looking to restructure our staff and find a Sous Chef to take charge and lead the kitchen as needed alongside our Head Chef. Additionally, we are looking for a line cook who will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our guests' satisfaction, while also maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a strong understanding of cooking techniques and methods, and the ability to work well under pressure. Payment may vary based on experience.
