Kitchen Sauté/Grill Chef

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Members with experience on grill and sauté in a fast-pace restaurant environment to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in food preparation, meal assembly, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in food safety practices and a strong desire to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with food safety standards. Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and popular dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Participate in catering events as needed, assisting with setup and service. Help train new team members on kitchen procedures and best practices. Requirements 3+ years previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy delicious meals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Experience with menu planning or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
