We're looking for a hospitality professional who is comfortable working across multiple cuisines and thrives in the fast-paced, detail-oriented environment of catering and special events. This position will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop menus, prepare food, and successfully execute events of all sizes. Responsibilities Prepare and execute food for catered events, weddings, corporate functions, and special events Work alongside the Executive Chef to develop and refine catering menus Demonstrate versatility across a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning Coordinate food preparation and execution for both on-site and off-site events Maintain high standards for organization, sanitation, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness Help lead and support kitchen/event staff during event execution Adapt to changing event schedules, guest counts, and service needs Qualifications Previous catering, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality kitchen experience Strong culinary skills and knowledge of multiple cuisines Experience with high-volume food preparation and event execution preferred Organized, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as events require Reliable transportation required Position Details 35-45 hours per week $20-$25/hour , based on experience Join a family-owned hospitality company with more than 50 years of restaurant and catering experience and help us create memorable events through great food and genuine hospitality.
