Job Responsibilities Ensures food quality, appearance, and presentation standards, and exhibits standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency in food preparation; adheres to cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and operational organization. Helps ensure compliance with state and local regulatory agencies as it relates to food service, including all necessary licenses and permits. Maintains sanitation and safety standards. Ensures proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment. Follow all company policies and procedures. Assists with other tasks as assigned.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification Good communication and decision-making skills 2+ years of culinary experience Knowledge of all areas of the local health department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies Must be able to stand for long periods and able to lift 50 pounds. Job Classification Part-Time (30-37) or Full-Time (40 hours/week)
