Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service operations. Your expertise in fine dining, banquet services, and catering will ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. As a Chef, you will inspire your team through strong leadership, innovative menu planning, and meticulous food management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery Develop creative menus that align with restaurant standards and customer preferences Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize costs Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and quality Train team members on food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen safety protocols Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and consistency across all dishes Implement cost control measures while maintaining excellent food quality and service standards Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Experience Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings Extensive banquet, catering, or hospitality experience with a focus on large-scale event coordination Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, inventory management, and cost control practices Familiarity with restaurant or food service management systems and menu planning processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Prior experience managing food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Background in managing kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant sector is highly desirable
