Must have experience creating Candy , Chocolates, Brownies & Cookies , infusing edibles for cannabis products. We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our edibles company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a creative flair for creating delicious dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating product, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
  • Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook edibles following recipes and presentation specifications
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
  • Develop recipes that meet quality standards and customer preferences
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute production without supervision
  • Experience necessary
  • Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
  • Experience in pastry, baking, and creating confectionery products such as gummy's , chocolates is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests, staff and regulators
