We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sushi Cook to join our team .

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi rolls and other sushi bar items Prep and restock ingredients for daily service Follow recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean and organized sushi station Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during busy service Assist with other sushi bar prep and kitchen duties as needed Work well with other team members

Qualifications:

Sushi or Japanese restaurant experience preferred Basic knife skills preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and organized Willing to learn and follow restaurant procedures Evening and weekend availability preferred

Pay:

$17.50-$21.00 per hour, plus tipsPay is based on experience.
