Head Chef / Sous Chef - Garbs Bar & Grill Garbs Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced and dependable Head Chef and/or Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. We are focused on serving good, consistent food in a fun, fast-paced environment. We're looking for experienced kitchen professionals who can lead a team, work well under pressure, and keep things moving during busy shifts. Responsibilities Oversee and assist with day-to-day kitchen operations Lead, train, and work alongside kitchen staff Maintain consistency and quality of all food leaving the kitchen Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary Make sure the kitchen is properly prepared for busy shifts Ensure all health and food-safety standards are followed Help with menu development and daily/weekly specials Keep ticket times and kitchen operations running efficiently during busy services Jump on the line and help wherever needed Work closely with management and other kitchen staff to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous chef, kitchen management, or strong leadership experience in a busy kitchen preferred Head Chef and Sous Chef experience is a plus Reliable, hardworking, and organized Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Hands-on team player who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed Strong communication and leadership skills Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
