Role Overview At SanaView Farms, we're building something different. We're a natural winery and cafe on a 52-acre organic farm in the Laurel Highlands, where the wine is made without additives or chemicals and every guest leaves feeling like they discovered something special. We're looking for someone who gets excited about that vision - someone who cares deeply about ingredient quality, wants creative input into an evolving menu, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences, not just meals. What You'll Do Lead Our Kitchen Operations Own the daily rhythm of our kitchen from prep through service to close Master our Neapolitan pizza process (wood-fired, authentic technique) Craft beautiful charcuterie boards that complement our natural wine flights Explore new recipes for upscale dishes as we expand our menu Maintain the quality and consistency that keeps guests coming back Work collaboratively with our current amazing cafe staff Get Creative Collaborate on menu development as we expand into elevated seasonal offerings Source high-quality, local ingredients and build vendor relationships Develop specials that pair with our wines and reflect the seasons Bring ideas to the table—we want your voice in our kitchen Help shape our long-term vision, including potential on-site growing as we expand Build the Foundation Train and mentor kitchen staff on technique and ServSafe standards Manage prep lists, inventory, and vendor relationships Keep us compliant with health regulations Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure a seamless, unparalleled guest experience
