Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment. Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring quality and timely delivery of meals. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Monitor food quality and consistency throughout service periods. Maintain cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency. Skills Proven experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of catering practices and event planning. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Familiarity with dietary department requirements and food safety standards. Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices.
