Job Description
The Bee Company-Owner Mark Bee (Silk City, North Third, Franky Bradley's) is looking for a self-motivated, creative, hardworking Chef to join our culinary team in current and upcoming projects. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management: menu development, a knowledge of ordering and par creation, controlling costs, food handling and safety, proper organization and cleaning methods, managing & scheduling staff and coordinating with the Managers and FOH.
