We are looking for a talented and dedicated Private Chef to join our team. You will be preparing, cooking and serving dinner to fraternities at Penn State.
Job Description:
Prepare and serve high quality, fresh meals for our guests. Maintain proper sanitation standards in the kitchen. Work by yourself to prepare and serve meals Maintain a positive and professional approach with our guests and staff. Develop and maintain rotating lunch menu Order food through Sysco and maintain pars in the kitchen
Skills & Abilities:
Previous experience as a chef or restaurant cook required. Ability to work well under pressure, quickly, and effectively with all team members. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well as part of a team or on their own, be creative, come up with new ideas for food and service, be open to feedback, be coachable, and have good people skills. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) required.
