2-3 years of Sous Chef experience with upscale restaurant operations Prior hotel experience a plus. A hands on operator with culinary creativityResponsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and stewards while maintaining exceptional quality, efficiency under pressure, and a strong team culture. Oversee daily culinary preparation, line execution, and detailed banquet production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and the highest standards of presentation. Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on inventory management, seasonal menu development, product sourcing, and maintaining strict DHEC sanitation and food safety standards.Benefits
