EXECUTIVE CHEF

HILTON HEAD ISLAND

$75,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Bonus We're working with a popular, well-established restaurant on Hilton Head Island that is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation. This is a busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant with a strong local following. One of the biggest perks of the position is the schedule — the restaurant closes at 9 PM, so there are no late nights. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who enjoys being in the kitchen, developing a strong team, maintaining consistency, and keeping quality high in a busy restaurant environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and develop the culinary team Oversee daily kitchen operations and service Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage food and labor costs Create and maintain recipes, prep standards, and kitchen systems Work closely with the restaurant leadership team Help develop menus and seasonal specials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Solid understanding of food cost, labor, and kitchen operations A hands-on leader who leads by example Someone who takes pride in developing their team and maintaining high standards

Compensation & Perks:
